I use Chia Seeds as my base. They are an incredible, wonderful one-stop shop to health.

Protein Breakfast: Defying Stretch Marks

Take one tablespoon of Chia seeds and 1 tablespoon of ground Flaxseed and put in a bowl with one cup of milk of your choice. I use oat milk. Let them soak for 10 minutes, stir a bit, soak for 10 minutes again, stir a bit. Repeat. The mixture becomes thicker by the minute and really 'gloopy'. Add 1 teaspoon Date syrup or natural sweetener. Yum!

Recommended additions: Vanilla flavouring and Banana; Desiccated coconuts, flaked almonds and date syrup; or even a savoury version with grated ginger, grated garlic and 1 tablespoon of soya sauce. Add in anything else you'd like and hey presto! A perfect meal with protein, minerals, omegas, vitamins enough for the whole day. Everything else you add is just for effect.
