There are really only 2 steps to health and balance. Get these right and you are on the way to perfect balance, health and rejuvenation. And everything else is just fiddling about.

Step 1 - Take It Out People always look at me

People always look at me funny when I say that eliminating is at the core of all our health issues. They tend to think either that I am short-changing them, or that I am just talking total rubbish and wait for me to get to the real point of what I am saying.

People, this is the point. I helped someone with an entire body of eczema - I mean from head to toe - by helping them clear their intestine. Sorry? Who'd have thought? She certainly didn't.

Look at two basic concepts:

1. When you look at what goes in, does it match what comes out?
2. If not, where's the rest going? And how much good is it doing your insides as it sits there?

What to do?

Eat Fibre in a natural state - raw green leaves, oats, green vegetables, lentils, beans, whole fruits (including skin) as it pushes waste out of your system;

Drink Water - it helps the movement of waste out of the body. Herbal teas also count;

Eat less meat - it takes ages to digest and for the body to break down; all that energy would be better spent somewhere else.

Sleep more - a rested body works better and is more efficient;

Supplement - ok, ok, I know I said it wasn't everything, but it matters. Take a probiotic which has a prebiotic. This is important so check the packaging. I recommend Dr. Ohirras which we stock.
