Geeta's Chia Breakfast Recipe for Weight Loss without Hunger

Are you ready for one of the easiest and quickest recipes that will send you on your way and have you feeling energized all morning long? This recipe only has 3 key ingredients and all you have to do is combine the night before. In the morning, just grab your toppings, a spoon and enjoy the wonderfully simplistic breakfast. 

As you may know, I am a huge fan of chia. The benefits that come with it are absolutely amazing. The main benefit to me is the energy it will supply you with throughout the day. The typical morning drag will no longer be bothersome and you'll cruise on through to lunch with out the need to snack. Trust me, I'll have you believing in chia just as much me with this recipe. 

Chia Oat Porridge

Ingredients:
½ cup Oat milk
¼ cup oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Fruit and/or nuts for toppings

Directions:
1. Combine milk, oats and chia seeds in your favourite dish.
2. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
3. In the morning top with desired fruit and nuts (ex: sliced bananas, raspberries, some flaked almonds, etc)

Tip: Soak some sliced raspberries in the mix overnight to make it a gorgeous pink colour
