Resilience: the ability to bounce back and recover from something bad that happens to you.

Being a resilient person helps you to get the most out of life whilst staying centered, but it does take focus to bounce back and stay balanced. It’s often easier to just stay pissed off! But its unhelpful as it takes a toll on your, your body, your mental health.

We live under enormous amounts of stress in today's society, so being resilient helps you recover from the stress of everyday life and be a happier person whilst doing it.
