Whenever you go and see someone about overwhelm or stress, one of the most frequent bits of advice is to 'start meditating'. [Lol! Spellcheck wrote that phrase as 'Start medicating!! Please don't :)]
So I am often asked - how on earth do I meditate? For so many people it feels impossible.
But there is an easy solution by going to the end result first- then working backwards.
