

These are such difficult times so how do we manage? Mental health is a growing concern in normal times, so what happens in times like this? And yet its not actually a priority because at the moment we have so many more pressing issues to deal with.
Today I was thinking about how we could deal with this situation so that we come out the other end emotionally stable, strong and above all balanced.
