Vitamin B plays an important role in keeping our bodies running

Vitamin B complex is a combination of the eight B vitamins — B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12 — play an important role in keeping our bodies running like well-oiled machines. These essential nutrients help convert our food into fuel, allowing us to stay energized throughout the day.

All B vitamins are water soluble, so levels must be replenished on a daily basis. A recent and ground breaking health study has demonstrated the benefits of B vitamins in particular the role they play in helping to maintain normal levels of the amino acid homocysteine.

All your B vitamins in one 5 second shot.  Walk in, walk out balanced.

Although many of the following vitamins work in tandem, each has its own specific benefits — from promoting healthy skin and hair to preventing memory loss and or migraines.

The benefits of B vitamins include; contributing to normal mental performance (B5), normal function of the heart (B1), and the normal function of the immune system (B12), whilst also helping to reduce tiredness and fatigue (B6). Other benefits include a contribution to the maintenance of normal skin (B3 and B7) and normal hair (B7).

In addition to their role in metabolism and in maintaining healthy skin and hair, B vitamins have been linked to a lower incidence of strokes, a condition in which a blood clot blocks blood flow to the brain, or a blood vessel bursts in the brain. A review of randomized clinical trials that lasted 6 months or longer revealed that taking vitamin B supplements lowered risk of stroke by 7 percent for a large group of over 50,000 participants. The study was authored by Xu Yuming and colleagues from Zhengzhow, China and published in the September 2013 issue of the clinical journal Neruology.
