  • How do I sign up?

    Signing up is easy:- call us on 0203 697 1366 or send us an email to giving us some convenient times we can call you back. We deliver within 24 hours of receiving your order – apart from Saturdays when we all take a well-deserved rest!
  • How long must I sign up for?

    We are totally flexible, so you can start and stop when you wish within a programme. However, we recommend our Juice Fast for six days, the Nosh Diet for 10+ days, and our ABC Diet for 6+ days. Please contact us and we will also design a programme length catered to your goals.
  • How do you deliver?

    Our own fabulous Nosh drivers deliver within the M25. Outside of the M25 we have a dedicated courier service which will deliver before 10am or before 5.30pm (Tuesdays & Thursdays) We make personal deliveries so our drivers either ring your doorbell or your mobile number before leaving it at a designated place of your choosing. For apartment blocks, we leave your bag with the porter, or clients provide us with a security code or a door key to enter the front door of the building, enabling your bags to be left outside your front door. We deliver on the evenings between 6pm -11pm approximately (Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays).
  • Do you deliver to my area?

    Almost certainly YES. And if we don’t, we would love to. Nosh has been delivering over most of greater London, all over the United Kingdom and even as far afield as Greece, Dubai and Geneva for the last 3 years.
  • What if I go out of town?

    Please give us a call or email us and let us know at least 2 working days in advance, giving us the dates you will be away. We will automatically continue delivery on your return. If it fits into your travel schedule we can pack meals, flight packs, vitamins and snacks to take with you.
  • How can a detox benefit me?

    Losing weight on a detox is simply one of the by-products of eating good, healthy food. Primarily you detox in order to bring your body up to its optimum functioning levels. You will see improvements in your mental processes, sleeping habits, energy levels, and beyond. Others simply enjoy the convenience of having fresh, healthy and delicious food delivered to their homes!
  • It won't accept my discount code?

    Please note that only one promotion may be used per transaction. Any attempt successfully using more than one promotion per transaction will result in the transaction being voided.
  • Is it bad to detox for a long time?

    No. Our menus provide you with good, wholesome, gourmet food – you can eat our food and enjoy the benefits for as long as you like.
  • Does the food require heating?

    You can reheat your Nosh food by placing the bag in warm water or a just boiled kettle. The plastic is also microwave safe. We recommend that you open the bag and warm the contents in a pan or in the oven. Heat until piping hot before eating.
  • Will I like the food?

    When we make up your personal menu, it will be based on information you give us about what foods you like or dislike. Above all, we are about providing gourmet quality food, personalised to your tastes.
  • Will I put on weight eating 3 meals and 2 snacks?

    No. Our programmes are designed so that you are eating at regular intervals during the day. This balances your blood sugar, reduces cravings, prevents bingeing, and discourages fat storage. In contrast, starving your body encourages your metabolism to slow down and hoard food, converting it to fat.
  • What if I’m hungry?

    Most likely your body is mistaking your hunger for thirst, so make sure you are drinking three litres a day! Your body may also be taking time to adjust to the new diet and lack of bloatedness, which again is aided by drinking water.
  • Should I eat my meals and snacks even if I’m not hungry?

    Yes, even if you only eat some, but not all, of the serving. It helps to maintain your energy levels and metabolism.
  • What if I have health issues or I take regular medication?

    Please, take medical advice prior to starting any new regime of diet or exercise. We are happy to provide your medical practitioner with a sample menu for them to evaluate.
  • What can I drink during a detox?

    We recommend that you drink plenty of water while doing a detox to stay hydrated. Each detox programme has a schedule that will list any other drinks you will use throughout the programme.
  • Can I exercise while on a detox?

    Each detox programme is different and has a different amount of calories with different nutrients. While exercise is never something we would discourage, each programme should be looked at individually to decide the amount of exercise your body can handle.
  • Is there anything I need to do to prepare before starting a detox?

    While the purpose of a detox is to rid your body of toxins so that you can start fresh on a healthy diet, it wouldn’t hurt to get started on a healthier diet a day or two prior to starting your detox so that you can get the best results.
  • What should I do after finishing a detox?

    After finishing a detox, your body will be reset so that you can begin a healthier diet. So just remember the hard work you put in to complete your detox and stick to it!
  • Can I drink alcohol during a detox?

    It is not recommended to consume alcohol on a detox.
  • How often should I do a detox?

    A detox is a good way to cleanse your body and to get a fresh start. Because of this, a detox can never be a bad idea, just don’t overdo it!
