I just wanted to email you to say a sincere thank you. I am on the last day of your ABC diet for weight loss and I cannot express enough how delighted I am with the results. After I saw your BBC Business interview, I must say I felt apprehensive; the programme seemed too good to be true and was redolent of many other celebrity fad diets. However, after experiencing your ABC diet, I could not have been more wrong.

I am 23 years old and for the past five years I have experienced serious difficulties concerning weight loss and management. During university, I developed some destructive food habits that distorted my perceptions of food. Whilst I went through positive times, losing weight and toning up, I inevitably fell back into negative habits once again. My weight has been a barrier to self confidence, self-belief and essentially, my happiness and ability to engage with life. Your week long detox has therefore been the encouraging kick start that I have needed for so long!

Although I know your diet plans work, I must say that I am scared to try and replicate this on my own. I am not sure I have the confidence to determine what I should be eating and in what quantities. I tend to overthink and obsess about everything which in turn makes things more confusing! Do you have any tips concerning nutrition so that I can finally understand what a) a normal portion size is and b) what a balanced meal looks like. Having the confidence that I am eating the right things for my body and in the right amounts would simply be the cherry on the cake ;).

This programme will help you to lose weight and cleanse your entire system using healthy food and juices in combination. Most of you might be aware of these health problems, but do you have the time to keep them at bay? Going on a Diet should not mean giving up on food since this will deprive your body of essential nutrients. A balanced diet comprising fruits, fresh green vegetables and meats helps weight loss naturally. The 6-day diet plan is based on the Viva Mayr diet. This diet plan was developed by Dr. Harald Stossier from Dr. Franz Mayr’s medical spa cure. Days 1-3
For the first 3 days, the programme will involve liquids (juices, smoothies & soups) throughout the day and a balanced meal in the evening. These days help you to lose excess weight by cleansing your gut.

  • Mid-morning – Superfood Smoothie

Days 4 – 7
