Eating is a funny thing. I mean it seems simple enough, but can be the one all consuming idea we have - ALL DAY!
Idea is the operative word here.
I know its hot, and I know we're British and caught between being really hot and unhappy and really wanting to be grateful and everything in between............but take 5 minutes tomorrow to track how you think about how you eat.
Mental health is a subject much discussed, but in my business its never talked about on its own. Its always tagged with your physical health.
Why? Because how you eat always, but always starts in your mind.
